MonaLisa has been involved in entertainment since a very young age. She was a natural center of attention,  gaining applause from people around her! A notable experience was when a fourth grade  MonaLisa wrote and starred in a play titled “Welfare”. Her performance and writing skill got the attention of FOX 32 Chicago News. That experience sparked more interest in the field with determination to learn and thrive. With the goal to develop skill and technique in theatre, she attended Rich South High School in Richton Park, IL where she became regularly involved in the Drama Club. Persistent to keep her career going, she enrolled at Columbia College. There she began majoring in theatre with a minor in Business Management. In a short time, she found herself involved in production while studying in the film department. She worked on short films and independent projects with senior students at Columbia. One project she helped develop was a silent film called “Ambrosia” that was submitted to the Sundance Film Festival in 2003 and won second place. Wherever there was an opportunity to learn and develop her skills in entertainment, MonaLisa took the chance! She has starred in plays, independent films, reality television shows, and commercials. Not to mention her experience with video hosting, spokes modeling, songwriting, singing, and public speaking. Pivotal moments of exposure include the live performance of the hit single “Dancin” MonaLisa Brown, worldwide touring with dance club artist and Billboard Music Video Awards winner CeCe Peniston, Grammy Award winning singer, writer and producer Ne-yo, and DJ, singer, songwriter, and producer Ron Carroll.  This self-proclaimed Renaissance Woman is a skillful , talented, and respected  international recognized speaker of Mind Transformed & Company. She also is the CEO of The It Factor Agency Incorporated, author of the book What’s Your Reality, and a radio host of Sucka's Need to Know! A nationally syndicated radio talk show on WRBC that discusses self-improvement and advancement. At this pinnacle moment in her career, understanding how to seize the moment, utilizing powerful, creative delivery, and newly emerging insights to teach and inspire others, will continue to propel her into realms of great triumph.
